Biovail to appoint Frank Potter to its board of directors in deal with Melnyk

TORONTO - Biovail Corp. (TSX:BVF) said Monday that Frank Potter will be appointed to the company’s board of directors and audit committee as part of a deal with Eugene Melnyk, Biovail’s founder and former chairman and CEO.
