Association update: Putting Minnesota on the road to recovery

The 2010 Legislative Session is thetraditional "bonding year" at the capitol. Legislators have beenpouring over requests for bond proceeds for many projects around thestate during the last few months and appear to be ready to hit theground running with the start of the session this week.
